The Beach was stunning. The Food at Hotel very good, a lot of variety. The swimming pool very poor. Far too small for a hotel with 9 floors. Animation lady only spoke in Spanish which was another failing.

The swimming pool. Far to small and not enough sun loungers The rooms are very dated, the bath stained. They need to be refurbished. Lack of cutlery and plates. Photos on line are very deceiving and project a false impression.

Brilliant hotel, great location, amazing staff, lovely food, just a shame about the unexpected large numbers of school c

Lovely hotel in superb location, 5 mins from beach & opposite bus into harbour/town/station Staff all amazing. Good at breakfast was great, good choices. Only downside was the huge numbers of school age children in large groups through the week & at the wkend, are the noise levels of way over the top in the main foyer & restaurant. It was ok, but we’d have preferred to have been warned about that.

The noise level from the multiple large groups of school age children was a bit extreme. They weren’t supervised the best at times.

Good. But I would not probably want to go back

Very clean. Everyday cleaning. And everyday make bed. Good food especially in the evening.

Nobody speaks English. They charge for water during a dinner. Expensive coffee.

The view from the window was nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Also 3 lifts is a plus, I didn't have to wait for it long time.

The food was not so good. Fish and tortilla de patatas super dry. Also there was a huge group and I was placed to eat around them. It's normal that groups are loud, having fun etc, but hotel could take better care of other guests and try to split them at least in the canteen (especially that they do have many rooms with tables). The dinner was so stressful, super loud with a lot of screaming (and that night I had to wait 30min in the line to eat).

Most amazing beach! Town area ok. Hotel good location.

We were so lucky and had room 1020 - it had the largest roof terrace of the entire hotel!! Room very dated and basic but terrace made it worth the money.

It was a nice hotel but extremely busy at meal times and we were glad we didn’t book the meal option - guests were queuing into the lobby!

Good for the money we paid, clean room, close to the beach, decent food on offer.

The proximity to the beach, good selection of food that was served to us.. however the only minus about the hotel - we couldn’t extend our late check out on the day of the departure even though we have asked staff for few days prior to that and we’re told the will be no problem.. but the day before our last day we were told it’s not possible due to overbooking. If we were told in time we could of booked an extra room beforehand. Just something for the staff to take on board to let customers know the actual situation and not leaving until last day and hope for the best.

A bit of consideration to different languages will be a bonus. The picture of the room and contents were different from actual room we got

This is the second time ive stayed at this hotel with a 3 year gap. The same issues observed the first stay are the same

The location was perfect and the views of the sea from the balcony. Self checkout facility is excellent! Both a/c and ceiling fan in the room which was really good.

The room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was very plentiful but of lower quality produce. There are 9 floors and by the time you call the lifts they are always full when going down so there is no alternative but to take the stairs.

It was OK. Can't fail it for the money I paid.

Nice affordable hotel. Its got all facilities you need . Bear in mind its located at the end of the beach. We don't mind to walk so it wasn't problem for us at all. But from other side it's much closer to nude beach so depends on your preferences. We had no kettle or glasses in our room but there are vending machines around available if you want coffee in the middle of the night.

I am not used to complane.

Close to the beach, far from the center (bus ok), disturbing noise in some rooms(animation program).

Room was clean with enough space. Breakfast and dinner was ok :), not the best but ok and you will have many things to choose. I believe, that hotel changes the dinner menu every night. During dinner I was expect that in minimum a water or a nonalcoholic drink will be included – It's not. You have to buy it by your own separate. For example: 1 small Aquarius = 3€ (??).

My room was directly above the hall where the animation and entertainment program for the seniors took place. I didn't know beforehand. When I wanted to sleep (rest) before the dance lesson (+/- 20:00-22:30), it was difficult even with earplugs. – Loud not trending music, shouted moderator, bass.

This was a pretty neat place. The ocean view from the seventh floor was lovely. There were lots of great restaurants nearby (including one with an excellent gluten-free, vegan menu!) The complimentary breakfast was plentiful, well stocked, and tasty, though very chaotic with the massive amounts of people attending. (The people in charge of maintaining the buffets were some of the hardest-working people I've ever seen!) I don't know that I'd return to this particular area, but overall the hotel stay was very nice. Parking was plentiful and easy.
